Nous lets recruiters create async, AI-assisted screening calls, invite candidates via a unique link, and receive AI-generated transcripts, scores, and summaries. Nous is a tool to assist your hiring process — it does not make hiring decisions, and any decision to advance, reject, or hire a candidate remains entirely yours.
New accounts require admin approval before first login. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to screen each candidate you invite, for the accuracy of any information you provide about them, and for complying with employment and data-protection law in your jurisdiction. Nous acts on your instructions as a data processor for candidate information you submit; you remain the data controller.
You agree not to: use Nous to discriminate against candidates on any legally protected basis; invite candidates without their knowledge that they're being screened by AI; attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
New accounts include a free trial of 3 completed screening calls, no payment method required. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and are subject to the usage limits described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing details.
Nous and its underlying technology are our property. You retain ownership of the content you and your candidates submit (questions, answers, transcripts); you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
Nous is provided "as is." AI-generated scores and summaries are assistive, not authoritative — they can be wrong, and should not be the sole basis for a hiring decision. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
